i'm back

Wow - what a ride! When I finished my post on the 28th of June it was never my intention to stay away so long. It's been a month full of sunsets and amusement parks and beaches and friends and family...along with some hefty personal responsibilities. It was lots of fun – but now I need to get my feet back on the ground. I'm still having a blast - and expect a whole lot more out of summer – I just require some sense of structure at this point. I refuse to acknowledge those ads you see in the newspaper...and the commercials that you see on tv...the ones that talk about "Back to School". Yuch - give us a break. Summer is way too brief in these parts for anyone to try and cut it short on us!
