credit cards anyone?

So I took the plunge. I can now officially accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and debit cards. Last year I lost a bunch of sales because I did not have the ability to accept credit. There were several times with a little hoop jumping I was able to deliver the goods and accept payment at a later date but that's not a very reliable way to make a sale. Buyer's remorse is a dreadful disease that affects the lives of so many of us! What seems like a necessary addition to one's wardrobe one evening, can seem like a flight of fancy in the light of day. I want all of my customers to be thrilled with their purchases for the rest of their days — but it's human nature in this economy to think and rethink purchases. Sure — it's costing me fees but I truly think that the sales that I won't lose because of the lack of the ability to take credit and debit cards will make up for it in the long run. Agree or disagree? Pin It
