Discombobulation

I don't know what happened yesterday... discombobulated ...the entire day. I couldn't get out of my own way. I can't even blame it on the Superbowl. I watch the commercials...that's about it. Everytime I looked at the clock it had jumped ahead an hour - but my progress didn't. Anyway...it's a new day. I plan on working on a new cane today.


There are times when I develop a cane where I simply work with a color palette and no specific design idea in mind and it just happens organically. Sometimes I have an idea of some elements that I want to work into the pattern and that becomes my focus. Today I have an idea of how I want the finished piece to look. I'll give you a hint...beachy. Now let's see if I actually stick with the theme.
